What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You'll need a valid driver's license (Singapore or International), a form of identification (passport or IC), and a credit card for the security deposit. We'll verify these when you arrive.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days ahead, especially for the Heritage Collection. For the Seedling and Canopy collections, we can often accommodate shorter notice, depending on availability.
Is insurance included in the rental rate?
Yes, each rental includes comprehensive insurance coverage and roadside assistance. We'll walk you through the coverage details and optional add-ons during your reservation.
Can I extend my rental if my plans change?
If the vehicle isn't already reserved for someone else, extensions are usually possible. Just contact us as soon as you know you need more time, and we'll work it out.
What if something goes wrong with the vehicle?
We provide 24-hour roadside assistance for all rentals. If there's a mechanical issue, we'll arrange repairs or a replacement vehicle promptly. Your safety and convenience come first.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes, for an additional fee we can deliver the vehicle to your location and collect it when you're finished. Details vary depending on the location and collection chosen.
